• Restore operations within 24 hours following a significant business interruption, in alignment with defined recovery objectives.

To achieve these outcomes, the MissionSquare Resilience Program incorporates the following core components:

Data is secured through industry-standard encryption controls at rest, in transit, and within secure off-site storage environments. Data recovery processes are rigorously designed and executed in accordance with service-level requirements.
• Exercise and Validation Program:
  Regular testing of business, technology, and data recovery plans is essential to ensure readiness and effectiveness. Exercises are designed around credible, evolving scenarios to reflect real-world risks. Each exercise is followed by a structured evaluation to identify strengths, address gaps, and continuously enhance resilience capabilities.
